On my best days, I can be uber productive working alone. I love being un-interrupted for an entire morning. But when it comes down to it, I need my team on board to really move the dial.
To get the best from my colleagues, I have to be my best. When I'm full of energy I can see the contageous affect it often has on my family and my colleagues. The same is true in reverse. I'm highly influenced by the attitutudes and energy levels of my compatriots.
My team has big ambitious visions to make the world a more resilient and healthy place. In order to overcome daily micro barriers we have to be at our best in mind, body and spirit.
If I'm feeling low energy, I can turn around my day when a friend says "Let's grab a walk before lunch!" By answering yes, I'm already on my way to a stronger and better me.
