Movement - Can it keep the brain young?

Four reasons to be more active:

1)  Movement  keeps your brain vibrant.  In a recent study, people who didn't exercise lost thinking skills when they got older. Active people fare much better.

2)  Scientists in Loughborough University, England found that women who cut calories by not eating felt hungrier and ended up eating almost one-third more than women who burned calories by exercise.

3)  Soothes your back. A new report published in JAMA Internal Medicine found that exercise may cut your risk of having an episode of low-back pain.

4)  May ward off Alzheimer's disease. A new study suggests many types of physical activity boost your brain structure and reduce your risk of Alzheimer's.
