During these stressful times, do yourself and your loved ones a favor, take care of yourself.
I know it doesn't sound like much, but last year I started doing 10 minutes of yoga before going to work. In a hundred ways, I'm a changed woman.
I don't do yoga to feel better SOME day. I do yoga before going out the door because it feels good. Yoga is the most effective, fastest, and longest lasting therapeutic way to start my day.
What to expect in the video
Brett's Quick and Easy Morning Yoga routine starts with child's pose and then moves gently into a cat-cow stretch.
Brett does a lovely job reminding us to slow down and follow our breathing.
My spine feels delicious when I follow Brett's instruction to give my spine an easy ripple when I breathe in.
