In the animated video, “Meditation 2.0 A New Way to Meditate”, Dr. Amit Sood de-mystifies common held beliefs about meditation.
Dr. Sood illustrates how meditation isn’t about removing yourself from reality. The lead character, an adorable mushy brain named Broody, demonstrates how connecting with breathing and mindfulness makes stressful times more manageable.
This video tells a sweet story of how our brains can become more mindful and meditative with practice. Calming our jumping monkey minds is a challenge for everyone. Being more in the moment allows us to be present for our family and friends, making life richer and more meaningful.
This five minute video is a great introduction to meditation for anyone who is meditation curious. I found this video inspirational. My commitment is to do a walking meditation everyday either solo or with a friend.
